This website (hereinafter “the Site”) is operated by DRONELICENCE.IE (hereinafter “we” or “our company”). We offer digital content and specialized training related to drone pilot licenses, as well as a selection of physical products.

DRONELICENCE.IE is the data controller within the meaning of Article 4.7 of GDPR and is responsible for personal data processed via the Site.

B. Terms of Use and Sale

By using the Site, you accept these terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

You agree not to spread malware or use the Site for illegal purposes.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any part of the Site without notice.

All Site content, including trademarks and training materials, is owned by DRONELICENCE.ie or its licensors. Any reproduction, sale, or use without written permission is prohibited except where legally allowed.

B.3 Limitation of Liability

We are only liable in cases of intentional fault, gross negligence, or breach of essential contractual obligations. Liability in the latter case is limited to typical and foreseeable damages. Nothing excludes our legal liability for bodily injury or serious property damage.

B.5 Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

Luxembourg law applies, excluding the CISG. Subject to mandatory consumer protection provisions, courts in Luxembourg City have exclusive jurisdiction.
