General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC)

1. Service Provider Information

2. Scope and Conclusion of Contract

This document governs the relationship between us and any person (hereinafter “Client”) purchasing, via the Site, digital content and/or physical products (together, the “Products”). Placing an order constitutes acceptance of the version of these GTC in force on the date of purchase. Any different terms apply only if expressly accepted by us in writing.

3. Products, Delivery and Shipping

Digital content: available immediately after payment confirmation via download link, streaming, or email.

Physical products: shipped to Luxembourg and the EU to the address provided at order. Fees, delivery times and methods are displayed during the purchase process.

The risk of accidental loss of physical Products transfers to the Client upon delivery to the Client or their agent.

4. Prices and Payment

Prices are indicated in euros (EUR), VAT included. Available payment methods are shown on our store and may include additional conditions. The contract is concluded upon receipt of our order confirmation. Access to digital content or shipment of physical Products occurs after payment is received.

5. Rights to Use Digital Content

After full payment, the Client obtains a non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license for personal or internal company use. Any copying, resale, public distribution or modification requires our prior written consent.

6. 90-Day “Satisfaction or Refund” Guarantee

All orders benefit from a 100% satisfaction guarantee: within 90 days following purchase, you may request a full refund without justification.

Procedure

  1. Within 90 days, send an email to info@dronelicence.ie indicating your name, order number, and the email used for purchase.
  2. Digital content: after refund approval, you agree to permanently delete all copies and cease using the material.
  3. Physical products: return the unused Product in its original packaging within 14 days after our confirmation. Return costs are borne by the Client.

Exclusions

  • No refund in case of violation of rights as per section 5 or fraudulent use of Products.
  • Your legal rights and the statutory withdrawal right remain unaffected.

Refunds are made via the same payment method within 5–10 business days after approval or receipt of returned Product.

7. Consumer Legal Rights

Your legal rights, including those under Luxembourg consumer code and Directive 2011/83/EU, are not affected by these GTC.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site and digital Products is protected by copyright law. Any use beyond section 5 requires our written permission.

9. User Content and Code of Conduct

Publishing or sharing illegal, defamatory or harmful content is prohibited. In case of violation, we may remove content and/or suspend accounts.

10. Site Availability

We aim for continuous Site availability, but technical interruptions, maintenance, or force majeure may occur.

11. Limitation of Liability

In case of slight negligence, our liability is limited to breach of essential contractual obligations and typical foreseeable damages. This limitation does not affect liability under product liability law or in cases of injury to life, physical integrity, or health.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify us against any third-party claims arising from misuse of the Site or Products.

13. Changes to the GTC

We may modify the GTC for legal or commercial reasons. You will be informed at least 14 days in advance by email or via the Site. Lack of objection or continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of the new GTC.

14. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

Luxembourg law applies, excluding the CISG. Subject to mandatory consumer protection provisions, all disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Luxembourg City.
